My opinion about this whole thing is they did all of this with good intentions.They were trying to give a better life to these children. I believe them in saying they were told they could take them out of the country without permission. The government in Haiti is so corrupt and do not care for their people. They are trying to give themselves a better reputation and make it look like they are good. Being that Americans are involved, the government knew they would get publicity. God bless them.

These “missionaries” do not seem to be acting in the best interest of a ravaged nation. One of them has diabetes, and no doubt expected that insulin would be supplied to her. Going into a situation like this with a chronic disease puts a strain on the resources of Haiti, and indicates a lack of serious (or any) thought.Of course, these people had one aim: To take children out of “cursed” (as per Pat Robertson) Haiti and bring them up as right-wing evangelical Christians.
